Today, the firm’s primary business is Boston Capital Finance, a boutique affordable housing lender founded in 1994 that provides construction-to-permanent and tax-exempt bond financing for properties that have or will obtain Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Working with developers, capital partners, and public agencies, Boston Capital Finance structures, underwrites, closes, and services loans and bonds that support the delivery and preservation of income-restricted multifamily housing nationwide.
