About Us
Century Housing is a California-based nonprofit CDFI and network of housing affiliates that finances, develops, and manages affordable and workforce housing. Founded in 1995 as a privatized state agency, Century has invested more than $2.8 billion across California, creating more than 58,000 affordable and workforce homes. The organization finances housing for developers, government agencies, and other CDFIs and operates development and management affiliates including Century Affordable Development, Inc., Century Oasis Residential Services, and Century Villages at Cabrillo, a 27-acre supportive housing community in Long Beach serving more than 1,500 residents. Century also serves as a principal developer on master-planned communities including the West LA VA North campus and Rancho San Pedro.
