Community Development Partners (CDP) is an affordable housing development firm focused on the creation and preservation of multifamily communities. Founded in 2011, the company operates across California, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado. CDP has developed, preserved, or is actively developing more than 55 projects comprising over 4,800 affordable housing units.
CDP manages projects through the full development lifecycle, working with third-party architects, general contractors, financial partners, nonprofit organizations, and property management firms.
