Community Roots Housing

Community Roots Housing is a Seattle-based public development authority and not-for-profit affordable housing developer, owner, and manager built on the principle that everyone has the right to a quality, affordable home. Through community-led development and deep-rooted partnerships, it operates 40 apartment buildings serving more than 2,000 residents, and its buildings have been recognized by HUD, the Urban Land Institute, Affordable Housing Finance, and other community development organizations.
