The company’s founders have experience owning, operating, developing, and managing more than 2,500 rent-restricted units serving at-risk households, special needs populations, seniors, and other vulnerable residents.
CRP Affordable operates across acquisition and rehabilitation projects, ground-up development, and long-term property management. The firm works with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and community partners to deliver and operate income-restricted housing across multiple markets.
