Dev Northwest is a nonprofit created in 2019 through the merger of Neighborhood Economic Development Corporation and Willamette Neighborhood Housing Services. The combined organization brings more than 60 years of experience serving communities across the Northwest. Dev Northwest provides affordable housing, small business support, financial counseling, and neighborhood revitalization services to individuals, families, and communities in the region.
