Fulson Asset Management

Fulson Asset Management is a full-service property management and development company established in 2005. The firm manages over 1,800 units across Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma, with the majority located in the Kansas City metropolitan area. FAM operates properties financed through Section 8, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME programs, and combinations thereof, and handles all aspects of property operations from tenant screening and accounting to maintenance and day-to-day management. The company is a certified MBE in Missouri and employs over 80 staff members. FAM also works with nonprofit and service agencies on community development initiatives within its managed properties.
