About Us
Hacienda CDC is a Latino-led Community Development Corporation founded in 1992 to provide affordable housing and supportive services in Portland's low-income Latino communities. Based in Portland, Oregon, the organization has developed 381 housing units across Northeast Portland, North Portland, and Molalla, serving over 1,600 individuals annually, more than half of whom are children. Hacienda is Oregon's largest Latino-led, Latino-serving housing organization.
Beyond rental housing, Hacienda offers community economic development, homeownership support, financial coaching, and youth and family support services to Latino and other low-income families throughout the Portland metropolitan area. The organization operates with a bicultural approach designed to meet the needs of the communities it serves.
