The Housing Accelerator Fund is a nonprofit lender and Community Development Financial Institution established in 2017 by the San Francisco Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development. HAF structures public-private partnerships to deploy private, philanthropic, and public capital toward affordable housing production and displacement prevention across the Bay Area.
