Infinite Horizons is a certified New York State and New York City Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) real estate development firm founded in 2007 by Roland and Randall Powell. The firm provides real estate development, property management, construction, and construction management services, with a focus on affordable housing.
Based in New York City, Infinite Horizons works to develop and preserve affordable housing on underutilized and vacant sites, as well as through the rehabilitation of existing buildings. The firm partners with banks, faith-based organizations, nonprofits, and public entities to reposition and revitalize properties for residential use.
Its development strategy includes a Reinvestment and Management Plan aligned with New York City’s long-term affordable housing goals, emphasizing neighborhood stabilization and the responsible redevelopment of distressed or abandoned properties.
