The Lotus Company is a real estate development and hospitality organization founded in 2007 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The company was established through the acquisition and renovation of a 42-unit apartment complex in downtown Salt Lake City and has since grown into a mixed-use developer operating along the Wasatch Front.

The company's work spans urban infill and revitalization, large-scale residential and commercial mixed-use development, and hospitality projects including brewing, distilling, roasting, and bar and restaurant ownership. The Lotus Company has built a ground-up asset portfolio valued at $150 million and maintains a development pipeline of approximately $260 million.
