Montgomery Housing Partnership (MHP)

Montgomery Housing Partnership is a nonprofit developer, owner, and manager of affordable rental housing in Montgomery County, Maryland, and the Washington, D.C. region. Founded in 1989, MHP owns and manages more than 2,100 affordable homes across Silver Spring, Takoma Park, Wheaton, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Hyattsville, and the District of Columbia.

Beyond housing provision, MHP operates community life programs serving residents and their families, including preschool circles, afterschool homework clubs, summer enrichment camps, computer training, health seminars, and English language classes. The organization is a chartered member of NeighborWorks America.
