National CORE is a nonprofit affordable housing developer, owner, and property manager focused on creating and preserving affordable and mixed-income communities for families and seniors. The organization develops, acquires, and operates multifamily housing and provides long-term asset and property management services across its portfolio.
National CORE manages more than 10,000 affordable housing units serving approximately 30,000 residents and reports total assets exceeding $1.6 billion. The organization employs more than 600 staff and has delivered more than 2 million hours of resident services through its integrated housing and community programs.
Through its affiliated Hope through Housing Foundation, National CORE provides onsite services including senior wellness programs, early childhood and afterschool education, and family financial training. The organization supports community revitalization efforts through new construction, preservation, and mixed-use and senior housing developments, integrating housing delivery with resident services and long-term neighborhood stability initiatives.
