The Ohio Housing Finance Agency is a self-supporting quasi-public agency that finances and enables affordable housing for low- to moderate-income homebuyers, renters, senior citizens, and veterans across Ohio. OHFA provides financing and programmatic support to developers and property managers of affordable housing throughout the state, and administers both federal and state resources to expand access to quality, affordable housing.
