Ovation is a family-owned, fully integrated multifamily housing company with more than 30 years of experience operating exclusively in Southern Nevada. The firm serves as developer, general contractor, property manager, and asset manager for its communities, maintaining in-house oversight across the full development and operations lifecycle.
To date, Ovation has developed more than 9,700 apartment units and owns 40 communities totaling 8,703 units. Its property management platform oversees 46 communities with 10,641 units. The company develops both market-rate and affordable housing, including 15 affordable communities comprising 2,274 units.
Ovation’s current pipeline includes four communities under development totaling 711 units and 14 planned communities representing 1,137 affordable units and 2,489 market-rate units, with more than $1 billion in future development activity.
