About Us
PathStone is a nonprofit community development and human services organization headquartered in Rochester, New York. The organization provides services to low-income families and economically distressed communities and operates as a NeighborWorks America–chartered organization and a certified Community Development Financial Institution.
PathStone works across a multi-state footprint that includes Delaware, Indiana, Maine, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Vermont, and Virginia, as well as Puerto Rico. Its activities focus on strengthening farmworker, rural, and urban communities through community development initiatives, financial and social support services, and related programs serving individuals and families with limited economic resources.
