RBC Community Investments is a tax credit equity syndicator focused on affordable and workforce housing and impact-oriented investments. The platform structures and administers investments across Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Workforce and Impact Housing, Renewable Energy Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, and State Tax Credits, serving institutional investors in the affordable housing and community development space.

As of September 30, 2025, RBC Community Investments employed more than 139 professionals and had raised over $21.3 billion in equity from 100 institutional investors. The firm administered 1,133 affordable housing tax credit assets across its portfolio.
