For over 40 years, Resources for Community Development has created and preserved affordable housing for very low- and low-income individuals and families, to build community and enrich lives. RCD's affordable housing and community services make a difference in the lives of seniors, lower wage working families, and people with special needs. RCD provides affordable, high-quality, and service-enriched rental housing to over 3,000 low-income households throughout the Bay Area, with more than 1,000 new units of affordable housing in development or under construction.
