The Neighborhood Developers is a community development organization serving Chelsea, Revere, and Everett, Massachusetts. The organization pursues resident-led community development with a focus on affordable housing, economic mobility, and neighborhood stability. TND's work encompasses housing development and preservation, along with community-based economic development and resident leadership initiatives across its three target communities.
