Northern California Land Trust is a nonprofit Community Land Trust developer established in 1973 and headquartered in Berkeley. The organization develops affordable housing and community facilities using the Community Land Trust model, working with communities and resident partnerships to create resident- and community-led housing through cooperative, condominium, and other resident-controlled structures. NCLT provides property management, real estate brokerage, development, and housing counseling services, and plays a role in forming new Community Land Trusts across California.
