Cohen Liuzzo PLLC is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3-6 years of sophisticated transactional commercial real estate and multifamily housing experience. This is an opportunity to bring your commercial expertise to a growing practice that handles complex, multi-layered affordable housing transactions – work that is both challenging and rewarding.
Qualified candidates will have experience representing owners/developers of commercial/multifamily real estate and should have played key roles in complex property acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactions. Affordable Housing experience is a plus.
In addition to the ability to support in “running a deal” and supervising deal team members, qualified candidates will have excellent academic credentials, strong communication and collaboration skills, confident drafting and editing abilities, as well as a commitment to excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $140,000-175,000, commensurate with experience.
