Role Summary
The CIC Impact and Program Manager plays a key role in advancing the mission and visibility of Huntington Community Impact Capital (CIC). This position supports culture-building, community impact initiatives, marketing efforts, and training programs.
The role reports to the CIC President and works across impact programming, communications, events, and internal and external brand messaging. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can balance multiple priorities with professionalism and creativity.
What You’ll Do
Impact Programming
- Manage the implementation of strategic CIC Impact Initiatives, including promoting CIC programming into affordable housing communities and economic development businesses of CIC developer partners
- Lead the CIC Business and Entrepreneurship (B.E.ST.) program targeting high schools in lower-income communities
- Identify Huntington colleagues to act as mentors for the CIC Mentor Connect program
- Promote mentorship and internship programs
- Manage and grow the CIC Volunteerism Program
- Track and report on program outcomes to support continuous improvement and brand messaging
- Develop and implement methods to measure and evaluate the impact of CIC investments, community development loans, and volunteer initiatives
Culture and Organization
- Work closely with CIC Leadership regarding the strategic positioning of CIC in the market
- Manage one Senior Administrative Assistant who supports CIC Senior Leadership and Impact and Culture initiatives
- Plan and execute events that elevate CIC’s brand and client experience, including grand openings, groundbreakings, client appreciation events, advisory board meetings, industry conferences, internal training sessions, and volunteer initiatives
- Demonstrate strong stewardship over Huntington’s community impact interests internally and in the communities where we invest
- Travel to offices where CIC colleagues are located, as well as to grand openings, ribbon cuttings, and conferences
- Organize and maintain comprehensive records of internal and external events, marketing materials, and program-related activities
- Support consistent messaging and culture-building through CIC team meetings and programming
Marketing and Other Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between CIC and Huntington’s Communications and Marketing teams
- Work with Huntington Regional Presidents and Community Development Resource Managers (CDRMs) to ensure a localized engagement approach for CIC investments and loans
- Draft and manage content for internal and external use, including closing announcements, LinkedIn tombstones, CIC newsletters, internal publications (Essentials, Community Connect), End-of-Year Impact Book messaging, customer pitchbooks, and marketing materials
- Maintain CIC’s website presence and coordinate regular updates
- Support special projects related to recruitment, CIC strategy, and technology
- Proactively learn key areas of CIC community development and affordable housing businesses
Training, Growth, and Development
- Manage CIC training programs focused on growth and development
- Determine training metrics, including course selection and follow-up instruction, in conjunction with division leaders
- Work with new colleagues to ensure robust training programs are implemented and followed
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 10+ years of experience in financial services or program management
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
- Strong client service skills
- Experience with brand messaging, content creation, and brand positioning
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software and file management
- Strong presentation skills to executive leadership, clients, and internal stakeholders
- High level of organizational abilities, including event preparation and file management
- Ability to travel to CIC offices, events, and conferences (approximately six to eight times per year)

Compensation & Benefits
Exempt Status: Yes (not eligible for overtime pay)
