Financial Analyst
Location: Newport Beach, CA
About the Employer
R4 Capital is a real estate investment firm specializing in Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity investments.
Role Summary
The Financial Analyst will join the acquisitions group to support an expanding transaction pipeline, responsible for financial analysis and closing of LIHTC real estate equity investments.
What You'll Do
- Conduct preliminary financial analysis and modeling of multifamily LIHTC transactions
- Collect, review, and analyze due diligence materials related to real estate closings
- Draft letters of intent for developer clients
- Assist the acquisitions team with coordination, communication, and distribution of due diligence internally and with developer clients
- Draft investment committee packages for internal and investor approval
- Coordinate with the Company's Fund Management team
- Maintain and interface with developer relationships on a daily basis
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, or real estate
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
Compensation
$70K–$100K annually
