Role Summary
Cohen Liuzzo PLLC is seeking Counsel with 7-10 years of sophisticated transactional LIHTC experience. This is an opportunity to bring your expertise to a growing practice that handles complex, multi-layered affordable housing transactions.
What You'll Do
- Represent owners and developers of affordable housing in complex transactions
- Play key roles in property acquisitions and dispositions
- Handle joint ventures and development deals
- Manage financing transactions
- Run deals and supervise deal team members
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of sophisticated transactional LIHTC experience
- Experience representing owners and developers of affordable housing
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Confident drafting and editing abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
$185K-$240K, commensurate with experience
