About the Employer

Blue Ridge Cascade (BRC) is a growing affordable housing development and investment company dedicated to creating and preserving quality rental housing for working families, seniors, and rural communities. With regional offices in Wilmington, NC; Atlanta, GA; Fort Worth, TX; Chicago, IL; and Bellevue, WA, BRC has steadily expanded its reach across the country.

Our work spans new construction and acquisition/rehabilitation, financed with 4% and 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, tax-exempt bonds, HUD project-based Section 8, and USDA Rural Development programs. We take projects from acquisition/site selection through financing, construction, lease-up, and long-term asset management.

As our pipeline continues to grow, we are adding to our team. BRC is a lean, collaborative group, so analysts gain exposure to every stage of deal execution, with the opportunity to work with senior leadership, lenders, investors, and housing agencies. As a result, the position offers a unique platform to gain skills as the company grows.
