Role Summary
Cohen Liuzzo PLLC is seeking a 2026 Summer Associate, based in Buffalo, NY, to support its transactional affordable housing practice.
Required Qualifications
- Current law student (rising 2Ls or 3Ls preferred)
- Demonstrated interest in real estate transactions
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Confident drafting and editing abilities
- Commitment to excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or coursework in real estate, secured transactions, tax, and/or affordable housing
