Role Summary
This is an opportunity to bring your expertise to a growing practice that handles complex, multi-layered affordable housing transactions. You will work with a team that is trusted with meaningful responsibility, receive hands-on training and guidance from partners, and work closely together in a collegial environment.
What You'll Do
- Run deals and supervise deal team members
- Represent owners and developers of affordable housing in complex property acquisitions and dispositions
- Lead joint venture and development deals
- Handle sophisticated financing transactions
- Draft and edit transaction documents
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of sophisticated transactional LIHTC experience
- Experience representing owners and developers of affordable housing
- Key roles in complex property acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactions
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Confident drafting and editing abilities
- Commitment to excellence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
$175,000+, commensurate with experience
