Role Summary
Lead multifamily renovation projects with a focus on occupied affordable housing, delivering projects that meet standards for quality, compliance, and execution—on time and within budget.
What You'll Do
- Lead all phases of multifamily renovation projects through closeout
- Utilize Procore for project management, including commitments, change events, and documentation workflows
- Conduct site walks with subcontractors, develop detailed scopes of work, and negotiate subcontracts and change orders
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestone tracking and proactive issue resolution
- Manage project financials including budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting to ensure profitability
- Review and approve subcontractor and vendor pay applications and support owner draw processes
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure site readiness, safety compliance, and quality execution
- Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and municipal requirements, including labor compliance and reporting
- Prepare and manage all project documentation to Owners, Architects, and stakeholders with a high level of accuracy
- Lead project communication across internal teams, subcontractors, and ownership groups
- Drive problem-solving in a fast-paced, occupied renovation environment
- Ensure projects are delivered with complete closeout documentation and turnover requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
- Multifamily renovation experience
- Procore experience required, or similar construction management software with willingness to adopt Procore
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
- Experience managing budgets, cost controls, and change management
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contract documents
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience

- Occupied renovation experience
- Familiarity with HUD, affordable housing, or prevailing wage projects
