Job Summary
The Asset Manager administers the compliance and monitoring activities for loans provided by the County to support the development of attainable housing. The role collects financial and affordability reporting, coordinates with borrowers and third parties, tracks loan balances and payments, reviews loan draw requests, and reports on ongoing compliance with loan agreements to departmental leadership. This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position; hiring salary is commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the compliance and monitoring activities for County loans that support the development of attainable housing.
- Collect financial and affordability reporting documents and use business systems to implement the work.
- Interact and coordinate with borrowers, asset managers, property managers, property inspectors, accountants, and lawyers.
- Calculate and collect loan payments and track loan balances.
- Review and approve loan draw requests.
- Coordinate and communicate with departmental management and leadership to demonstrate ongoing compliance with loan agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Two (2) years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Successful candidates will undergo background checks as required.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record (driving records may be reviewed annually for continued qualification).
