Infinite Horizons is a vertically integrated real estate development, construction, and management platform. The firm leads complex affordable housing transactions across New York City, including NYCHA PACT/RAD conversions and large-scale preservation initiatives.
The team works closely with HPD, HDC, NYCHA, HCR, HUD, lenders, and private capital partners to execute projects that preserve housing and strengthen communities.
Role Summary
Infinite Horizons is seeking a strong Project Manager – Real Estate Development to join the team.
This role will help lead the planning, financing, and execution of affordable housing projects from predevelopment through stabilization.
What You’ll Do
- Help lead the planning, financing, and execution of affordable housing projects from predevelopment through stabilization
- Manage development budgets and capital stacks
- Coordinate across construction, consultants, property management, and lenders
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in affordable housing development or real estate finance
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, Business, or a related field
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Comfort with public agency financing (HPD, HDC, HCR, NYCHA, LIHTC, HUD)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial but disciplined environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $85,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience
